1. Provisional List

Completing the provisional form is the first stage of the admissions process for children keen to join the school after Preps (reception). Parents are asked not to formally register at this point in case places are not available.

 

2. School report

3. Visit the school

Parents will be invited to visit the school and meet the Headmistress, when there is a possibility of a place. Parents will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Priority will go to children with siblings at Broomwood Hall and Northcote Lodge. If you are based abroad please contact the admisisons office directly.

 

4. Register

Once parents have been to visit the school, the registration form must be completed to confirm that they wish their child's application to continue. To register please complete the Broomwood Hall registration form and return it to the admisisons office with a non-refundable fee of £100. If you are registering a sibling of a child previously registered with the school please complete the sibling registration form and return it with a non-refundable fee of £50.

 

5. Assessment Morning

Children will be invited to attend an assessment morning at Broomwood Hall. Children should come in school uniform and bring their pencil case if they are in year 4 or above. Further information will be sent out nearer the time.

 

6. Acceptance of places

Parents will be informed whether their daughter has been offered a place following the assessment morning. If the school is oversubscribed, children may be offered a waiting list place. Offers must be accepted within a two week period with an acceptance deposit of £2000, which is refunded at the end of the child's last term at the school subject to the correct notice having been given.
